All of our diamonds are natural and ethically sourced from our trusted suppliers that we have been working with over the past 35 years.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For an issue with your product, please contact customercare@njthomasjewelers.com

For returns of full price items, please contact customercare@njthomasjewelers.com to process your return. Please include the name of your item in the subject line, and we will process the return and share return instructions. Please note that a restocking fee of 5% of the item's value will be applied.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MY PURCHASE APPRAISED?
Yes, all orders come with an appraisal letter from NJ Thomas Jewelers.
